Manual Detergent Concentrate provides safe and effective removal of organic soils, and is especially effective in removing oily and greasy soils, as well as protein residues from walls, ceilings, floors and processing equipment in most food processing plants. It is an excellent detergent for dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, producing rich, long lasting suds, and excelling in the dispersion of grease. It rinses freely, eliminating water spots and residues, leaving all surfaces shiny and clean.

Manual Detergent Concentrate, when used as recommended, may be safely used on virtually any surface that is unaffected by water.

Manual Detergent Concentrate is effective in removing grease, oil, fats and many other organic soils found in most processing operations.

* Concentrated

Manual Detergent Concentrate is a highly concentrated product and enables economical, high use dilutions under most conditions.

* Properties

Manual Detergent Concentrate is a clear, viscous yellow liquid. Neutral in pH, the formula is a blend of biodegradable surfactants, mild alkaline builders and water conditioners. Manual Detergent Concentrate has a Specific Gravity of 1.058 (8.83 lbs./gallon).

* Use Directions

Manual Detergent Concentrate, for manual cleaning, is generally used at concentrations of 2-5 oz./gallon of warm (100-120F) water. Pressure and spray cleaning methods are performed at 1-3 oz./gallon in hot (140-180F.) water. Consult your local LW Chemical representative for specific recommendations.
