Self-Foaming Chlorinated Alkaline Detergent, Non-phosphated
* Purpose
CLC 323 NP is a heavy-duty chlorinated alkaline cleaner designed specifically for removal of all types of organic soils, especially proteinaceous soils from blood or meat, as well as fats, greases and oils.
* Typical Applications
CLC 323 NP is recommended for use on all types of equipment and related surfaces in meat and poultry operations, using tank, drop station, or central foam producing systems. CLC 323 NP may also be applied by hand brushing (with gloves and other protective gear). CLC 323 NP may be used on stainless steel, brass, bronze, copper and concrete surfaces. It is not recommended for use on aluminum, tin, galvanized or painted surfaces.

Liquid Product – Convenient, accurate dispensing, minimizes overuse. Self-Foaming – No messy mixing or addition of other products. Chlorinated – Quick penetration and removal of protein soils.
* Properties
CLC 323 NP is typically used at a concentration of 2-4 ozs./gallon of water, depending on type and amount of soil. Use at 120 degrees F. for most applications, not exceeding 135 degrees F. Cover all surfaces evenly with a foam blanket, and allow 5-10 minutes contact time, without drying of the foam. Rinse surfaces well with warm (100 degrees -120 degrees F.) water. Sanitize as recommended.

CLC 323 NP is authorized by the USDA for use under category code letter A1:
Compounds for use as general cleaning agents on all surfaces,
or for use with steam or mechanical cleaning devices in all departments.

DANGER:
CAUSES SEVERE BURNS TO EYES AND SKIN, HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED.
Contains potassium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Protect eyes when handling. In case of eye or skin contact, immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. For eyes, contact a physician immediately.
DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY.
If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting. Give milk, egg whites, milk of magnesia or starch paste. If not available, drink large quantities of water. Get medical attention immediately.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Dilute this product only with water. DO NOT mix with acidic or ammonia containing chemicals. Toxic or hazardous chlorinated gasses or vapors will be released.
