Shipping and Refunds
Purchases made on the LW Chemicals, Inc. website will be shipped as soon as possible by the purchaser selected shipper and delivery times. LW Chemicals, Inc. is not responsible if the shipper does not make delivery within the promised times, refunds or discounts for this should be pursued with the shippers.
Credit cards will be charged at the time of shipment.
Refunds will be made subject to a 20% restocking fee, with purchasers calling in advance to obtain a return authorization number and paying all return freight/shipping charges. All returns should be in original packaging and be unused. No refunds will be made after 90 days from original ship date.
Any defects with purchased products shall be managed by the applicable product warranty policy, which may provide for a replacement, refund, or repair. (please consult your limited warranty for the product purchased)
