Heavy Duty Trolley Oil with Additives

* Purpose

ROLL ON is a refined mineral oil based lubricant formulated with Food and Chemical Codex approved (under 21 CFR 182.4505) ingredients developed especially for use as a lubricant and rust inhibitor on hooks and trolleys in meat and poultry operations.

* Typical Applications

ROLL ON is recommended for use as a floating oil lubricant in the final rinse tank of hook and trolley cleaning operations. ROLL ON is a special blend of premium grade white oil and a superior chemical additive formulation. ROLL ON lubricates iron, steel, or stainless steel, while inhibiting rust formation, and greatly reducing drippage.

* Properties

ROLL ON is a colorless, slightly hazy liquid with a mild odor, and has a Specific Gravity of 0.85 (7.09 lbs./gallon).

* Use Directions

Clean hooks and trolleys with recommended LW Chemical product. Add ROLL ON to form a 1-4″ layer on the top surface of the water. Rinse hooks and trolleys as recommended. Allow adequate drainage prior to reuse. Consult your LW Chemical representative for specific recommendations.

WARNING: HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED. MAY CAUSE SKIN AND EYE IRRITATION

Contains aliphatic petroleum distillate and synthetic detergents. Avoid skin and eye contact. Prolonged skin contact may cause drying and cracking of skin. Avoid breathing of fumes or mists. Prolonged inhalation of vapor may cause dizziness and disorientation. Wash contaminated clothing before rewearing.

In case of eye contact, flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention. For skin, flush with water, wash with mild soap and water. See a physician if irritation develops.

DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY. If swallowed, drink milk or water.

DO NOT INDUCE vomiting. Get medical attention.

If inhaled, remove to fresh air. Give oxygen if breathing difficulty persists. Get medical attention.
