Heavy Duty Aluminum Pan Cleaner
* Typical Applications
LAC 396 is formulated to remove fat, greases, burnt-on and protein soils from soft metal food pans typically found in meat and poultry operations. It is an excellent product for manual, soak and boil-out cleaning.

* Safe on Soft Metals
LAC 396 , when used as directed, is safe on aluminum pans, trays and galvanized racks,
as well as all other metal surfaces.
* Properties
LAC 396 is a straw colored liquid with a mild odor and low-foaming properties. LAC 396 has a use solution pH of 12.0, and a Specific Gravity of 1.35 (11.33 lbs./gallon).
* Use Directions
LAC 396 is typically used at concentrations of 1/2-1 oz. /gallon of water. Machine washing operations generally require wash temperature solutions of 130-160 F. Manual, spray, boil-out cleaning concentrations and temperatures will vary, depending on the nature and amount of soil. Contact your local LW Chemical representative for specific recommendations.

Available in 55 gallon plastic drums and more economical bulk quantities.

LAC 396 is authorized by the USDA for use under category code letter A1:
Compounds for use as general cleaning agents for all surfaces, or for use with steam or mechanical cleaning devices in all departments.

DANGER:
Causes Eye and Skin Burn. Harmful if Swallowed.
Contains sodium metasilicate. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing when using this product. Wear eye protection such as side-shield safety glasses or goggles when making solutions. Avoid breathing mists. Do not use for washing by hand.
In case of eye contact, flush eyes immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention immediately. For skin, flush with water. If irritation develops, get medical attention.
DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY – If swallowed, drink large amounts of milk, water or milk of magnesia. DO NOT induce vomiting. Get immediate medical attention.
