Economical Conveyor Cleaner/Lubricant
* Typical Applications
L 110 is a general purpose, economical water soluble lubricant designed for use on conveyors in meat, poultry and seafood processing operations. L 110 is specifically recommended for use in areas of low to moderate water hardness for lubrication of tracks and conveyors. L 110, when used as directed, is safe to use on all metal and plastic conveyors.

Formulated to eliminate excessive foam and resulting container spotting.
* Effective and Efficient
L 110 spreads quickly and evenly over the surface leaving a thin effective film.
* Inhibits Rust
L 110 coats conveyors with a thin film, protecting them against corrosion.
* Properties
L 110 is an amber liquid with controlled foam properties, formulated with organic lubricants, detergents and water conditioners. The formula is non-phosphated and has a Specific Gravity of 1.04 (8.7 lbs./gallon).
* Use Directions
L 110 has a general dilution range of 1:80 in soft water, and 1:50 in hard water. Dilutions vary on chain load and length of track.
* Packaging
Available in 55 gallon plastic drums.
* Authorization
L 110 is authorized by the USDA for use under category code letters:
H2: Lubricants with no contact. These compounds may be used as a lubricant
on equipment in locations in which there is no possibility of the lubricant
contacting edible products.
A1: Compounds for use as general cleaning agents on all surfaces.

CAUSES SKIN AND EYE IRRITATION.
MAY BE HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED.
Contains alkaline salts and synthetic detergents. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. For eyes, get medical attention. DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY. If swallowed, drink large amounts of milk or water. Call a physician.
